Proxy Shows as "Success" in Proxy Store, but Fail in Profile?

If a proxy shows as Success in the Proxy Store, its network is working correctly. If you can't connect from within profile, it might be due to a local network fluctuation or a restriction. Please try switching to a different network and connecting again.

If the issue persists, please Contact Support for further assistance.

Proxy Test Failed?

If your proxy is experiencing issues like network fluctuations (unstable connection) or a mismatched country (the IP address is different from the country you purchased), you can use the Help button in the proxy list to get assistance.
Clicking the Help will open a menu with these options:

  • Contact Us: If you are unsure what to do or need more detailed help, Contact Support. We'll assist you as quickly as possible.
  • Request refund: If you are unsatisfied with the proxy service, you can choose to request a refund. Refund requests are also processed within approximately 12 hours.
  • Replace to a new proxy: You can submit a request for a new proxy. We will assign a new one to you, with an estimated processing time of 12 hours. 图片alt
