The Billing Center is where you can manage your account services, wallet balance, and subscription plans to ensure your operations run smoothly.
Overview of Key Features:
- In the Billing Center, you can easily view your current subscription plan (e.g., "Basic") and monitor your resource usage. This includes the number of available Profiles, Proxy, Team member, and Workspace.
Roxy Wallet
The Roxy Wallet gives you more flexibility with your payments and provides access to exclusive discounts.
- How to Use Your Wallet: Your wallet balance can be used to pay for subscriptions, add Team member, purchase extra Workspace, and buy resources from the Proxy Store. You can also Enable Auto-Renewal with your wallet balance to ensure uninterrupted service.
- How to Top Up Your Wallet: You can top up your Roxy Wallet with custom amounts in multiples of 10. We currently support four payment methods: Card, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT.
WARNING
- Please ensure that the USDT transfer amount exactly matches the order amount. If the amounts do not match, your payment may be delayed. Payments made after the order has expired will also not be processed automatically.If either of these situations occurs please Contact Support.
- Before you transfer USDT, please double-check the receiving address to make sure it exactly matches the address shown on the payment page.
Auto-Renewal
Enable Auto-Renewal, your subscription will receive an exclusive 7.5% discount.
Auto-Renewal Payment Rules
- Wallet Balance First: Automatic renewals will always use your wallet balance first by default.
- Backup Payment: If you've Enable Auto-Renewal combined payment and your wallet balance is insufficient, the system will automatically charge your linked card to prevent any service interruption.
