Select Plan

In the left menu bar's Billing Center, click "Upgrade" to subscribe. The right panel displays your current plan details, discount breakdown, and final price. Below shows available Subscription Durations and Additional Advanced Features – longer subscriptions receive higher discounts.

WARNING

When the number of subscription profiles exceeds 100, the minimum purchase quantity is 100 profiles.

After subscribing to a plan, you can view the Bill List, subscription and expiration date in the Billing Center

Team members and workspaces are permanently valid after purchase.Refer to Workspace for details.

Changing a Subscription

• Auto renew subscription
  Add profile：After paying the price difference, the new subscription will take effect immediately. Subsequent renewals will automatically charge at the new subscription rate.
  Reduce Profile：The new subscription will take effect at the next billing cycle. At that time, all operational permissions for profiles will be revoked based on their creation time.

• Fixed Subscription
  Add profile：After paying the price difference, the subscription will be activated immediately while the total duration remains unchanged.
  Reduce Profile：Fixed Subscription do not support reducing the profile
