Before contacting online support, we recommend reviewing our help documentation to understand browser features and FAQs. We continuously update solutions for common usage issues.


If the help documentation and FAQs cannot solve your problem, please contact online technical support. To improve resolution efficiency, please provide the following information:

  • Problem description: Detailed explanation of the issue, specific steps to reproduce, relevant screenshots/screen recordings (if available).
  • System environment: Operating system version, client version, network environment (whether using proxy/VPN).
  • Configuration information: Current browser profile configuration, list of related extensions/plugins.

RoxyBrowser support

Online support is available daily from 01:00 - 14:00 UTC. Outside service hours, you may still submit inquiries, and we will prioritize handling your request when service resumes.

Click on the blue icon in the lower right corner of the software, in the pop-up options you can choose Contact Support, in the pop-up dialog box click on the start of the conversation to contact the support staff, but also can also choose User Community to join the official Telegram group.
