Log Files
When encountering technical issues, please provide the program-generated log files to the technical support team. These logs contain detailed error records and exception statuses, which help us quickly identify the root cause and provide an accurate solution.

Rest assured, log files only record program operation data and error information—they do not contain any personal privacy data or sensitive information.
To submit log files, follow these steps:
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner → Preferences → scroll to Local Settings → System Log → View Details to access or delete local log files.
- Reproduce the issue to regenerate log files, then send them to support staff along with a detailed description of the specific circumstances to facilitate more effective troubleshooting.
